My name is Meriah, a certified personal trainer and online fitness coach dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals! I have experience working with clients of all ages. Whether you're looking to improve balance, build strength, or enhance overall well-being, I'm here to support you every step of the way! My clients receive my full attention when working together. Through weekly check-ins, form support, fitness tips, and overall encouragement, I am dedicated to you.

When I'm not in the gym, I love being outdoors hiking, and playing sports—embracing an active lifestyle that I encourage in all my clients. I also live my life in faith. God is a huge part of who I am and how I got here. I could not have achieved my dreams of coaching and being an entrepreneur without Him.

Before I became a fitness coach, I was you’re basic teenage girl struggling with body image. I had issues with undereating, overeating, and not eating at all. It wasn’t until I learned how to treat food as fuel that I became happy with my body! I asked for God’s guidance along my journey to learning the human body and how it moves. Fast forward to my twenties, and I love my job helping other people just like my younger self.

I got married a couple of years ago to my best friend, high school sweetheart, and biggest supporter! My husband, KJ, has been my support system throughout my whole coaching career. Between him and God, I would say I have the best team backing me! We have our fur baby, Honeybee, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever. We take her to local parks for walks and hikes. She is the sweetest addition to our little family.
